i’ve been struggling a lot with the format of this newsletter, staying consistent, and actually wanting to write it. and i had to figure out a way to make this fun and interesting for everyone.
and something i’ve always wanted was to have an advice column. i’ve been known to give good advice to friends, so i wanted to pass that on to other people too.
my hope is to have most of this advice pertain to life on the internet, social media, and internet ettiquette, that sort of thing. how do you navigate difficult situations online? is it ever okay to like someone’s instagram posts from 2015? how do you find a community? what do i do if all my tiktoks are bad?
i’m also happy to give some advice on relationship, friendship, life dilemma, and school related issues. i didn’t survive six years of a bachelor’s degree for nothing.
if you have a super heavy serious question, i recommend asking a professional like a counsellor, doctor, or other trusted person in your life. i can’t take on heavy things that are super personal or that i’m not experienced in.
so if you want some advice, here’s a form you can fill out and i’ll try to answer a few in a weekly column. we’ll see how long this lasts and if i’m consistent, this column may eventually die out, but it’ll be fun in the meantime. it’s anonymous too, of course!
i hope you all have a great rest of your week, and i look forward to giving some advice!
