oops, i lied, that last newsletter wasn’t the last of the year. this one is!! i’m allowed to be a little deceptive sometimes.

i’ve had a pretty good december all things considered, and a nice, quiet holiday season. this month i tried very hard to make it to my goal of watching 100 movies in 2023, and i’m proud to say i made it! i didn’t read as much as i’d like to, and i didn’t listen to as much music as i’d like to either, but i’m hoping to change that going forward.

i thought it would be cute to start this off with some intentions for the new year. my reading, watching, and listening goals for 2024 are:

• watch 100 more movies (hopefully more)

• read at least one to two books per month

• listen to more new album releases rather than defaulting to old favourites

hopefully i’ll stick to these, and making them public will probably push me a little to do it. but i guess we’ll see!
